  • Learn indications and contraindication for upper GI endoscopy

  • Use the air/water and suction buttons

  • Demonstrate intubation and extubation

  • Demonstrate scope manipulation and handling

  • Demonstrate techniques of pyloric intubation

   • Observe and describe/interpret normal and abnormal mucosa during gastroscopy
